Last week, one of my classes went on a trip to a more industrial area of Copenhagen. What I though was interesting was there were swans in the harbor. I have never seen swans any place other than lakes so seeing them in the ocean was surprising.

I enjoyed your bicycle week! just didn't want to comment each day. I still want to get a bike someday, assuming I keep living in a place where it's the thing to do haha. your post about the social security/library card was interesting. I thought about it as I waited in line at the doctor's yesterday! the swans are so beautiful!! there's a famous ballet about swans so they have a special connotation for me:) I can't believe their in the ocean! denmark seems the country of contrasts. where else would you see swans and factories in the same view? so cool. miss you.
